Default Need help diagnosing a bog

Whats going on H-T. I'll make it short and sweet. I was driving it was raining pretty heavy on base came off a narrow bridge and what you know a 4inch puddle and water came over the hood. As soon as I saw the water I pulled off the the road. Now my car started bogging alittle a week after the incident. Now two weeks later the car bogs through every gear. Cleaned the TB, replaced the igniter, and replaced the coilover. The next thing I'm going to do is check the TPS. So question is what do you believe it is and what should I check or replace? Need to fix this actually took a ride from a friend because I was so annoyed with the bogging of the car.

I doubt its water in the oil. Reason being it would of started to bog the first day or even the first several days I drove it. I believe its just something going bad.

Check plugs and do a compression test. Where does the intake sit in the engine bay?

What do you mean by intake? You speaking of like cold air or the intake manifold?

^ did that just talk to a friend and it seems like their all pulling towards the tsp. Reason being is when the car is partial throttle its fine once you let up to coast it bogs. If I can't fix it this weekend going to take for a retune and to get boost by gears.
