Default need help with cooling troubles...

I have a 90 crx with a boosted b18a blah blah blah. Anyway...i just ordered a jimfab x-member and i decided to get a new half sized radiator to free up some space. Im going with the koyo radiator for the eg(i hope it fits...53mm thick WOW). I was wondering if anyone in here can tell me if anybody makes an aftermarket thermostat for the b18a? I looked at spoon and mugen but they all say "fits all dohc vtec engines". Will it work anyway? Im also getting a spoon cap...is it true that they cuase hoses to blow off because the pressure is too high? Thanks

Sean

all b-series are the same. i got a jackson racing 160degree thermostat in my ls/vtec and it works perfect, and best part is that it only cost 10bucks brand new

i went to pep boys and found a thermostat in the 160 range that looked like it would fit... brought it home...did some cutting/grinding to make it fit in the stock gasket. and it worked fine.
