Default need help - blowing ecu fuse

ecu fuse (15 a) keeps blowing, i have aem, c2di, running c.o.p. injector driver etc. i rewired the engine harness but the fuse still pops. any place that i should also be looking at? the last thing i did before this happened is that i sanded down the paint and terminal at the grounding points
