Default Need help!

Ok, I have a 1997 Honda Prelude w/JRSC and when it's cold outside(like in the morning) when I first start my car it bugs out on me until it get's warm. I'll try to explain what it does the best I can.....when I first start the car the rpm gauge moves up and down (from 0 to 2k) and the engine runs ruff. If I try to drive it the rpm's keep moving up and down and car runs wierd, like I keep flooring it and then letting off the gas real quick. But once the car is warmed up it runs fine, and when it's warm outside it runs fine. Can anyone help me with what I should start checking or replace/fixing!?! PLZ!!

I occasionally have the same problem... it's not one I see very often.. only can explain it like it was suggested to me.. someone told me its the tps sensor, that helps i guess detect that the car is at idle and either at the correct operating temp or is in the process of warming up...

i havnt replaced mine yet... i'm waiting on injectors becuase i think i stressed out the injectors and they might be slightly damaged...
