Need Help
I just received my new CP Piston and BC rods. I have Toda spec B cams. Am i going to have to change my cams bc of the turbo setup or should i will it be ok?

well, if you have adjustable cam gears, you might be able to dial out most of the overlap, the problem with big na cams is that they have overlap, lots of it, which turbos dont like. so if you dial out as much of the overlap as possible, then i think you should be good

ok should i just go ahead and just sell them and get some stock cams or turbo cams? I have the toda adjustable gears. Should i even take the time to try and dial it out or just get something else?

I would save the trouble and get something else. It's gonna take a lot of tuning an tinkering to get those cams to where you want them to be. Go with either a turbo cam or some GSR, CTR, ITR cams. Idk what kind of setup you're running but I have friends that put down a ton of power with stock GSR cams. Skunk2 makes some good profile turbo cams. If you have the money for the Todas then you probable have the money for some skunk2's turbo 1 cams. Don't by BC cams. I had an intake cam snap off where the cam gears are before we even put the motor in...
