Hey i need some help filling in the holes. and need feedback on what your past experiences have been.
Motor Setup
B16A (jdm)
Upgraded springs/retainers/vavles (brand unknown)
a K-03 Turbo (1.8T Jetta)
Precision intercooler (Thier small one)
Greddy Intercooler piping
Greddy Type-RS? (for recirculation)
Ebay Stainless equal Length mani
Custom Fabed DP
Custom Fabed 2.5inch Exhaust
Skunk2 intake mani
SKunk2 TB
440 Dsm Injectors
Chrome Tunning
Tranny
Gsr or LS (haven't finished my research yet)
Quaife Lsd
4.7 FD
Ok the cars primary usage is Scca Autocross / driver. Plan is for boost to come in yesterday (1500-2000 full boost) and be there at 6 psi the whole time to 9k redline.
Tranny is the big thing at the moment that i don't know what i am going to do yet.
Pls tell me what you guys/girls think

.......umm.......You forgot about the block...........
Why get an upgraded valvetrain - when the bottom end can't handle it?.........
I say replace the rods and pistons.........and if you're not going to sleeve it, get a block guard.........up the boost...........change the turbo........and don't know much about chrome - but i'm going with the hondata s300.....oh yeha baby.
Did you change your clutch also?

yeah the clutch is act stretlite flywheel and xtreem pp and street disc. it will be driving on the street most of the cars life so the is why that set up and as for the red line i will stay with the stock for now untill a rebuild is required then bump it to the 9k. and the reason for the small turbo is the instant boost reponsce. I am not going for much horspower maybe hit 250. i want the low end pull fro exiting corners in autocrossing.

It looks like you have a few good parts and a few shitty ones
Shitty: SSAC manifold (that POS wont last one race if youre autocrossing), I dont like the sound of the "unknown brand" of valvetrain, and the injectors will be ok, but you will be a lot better off with hondata. Its worth the $$$
Good: intercooler (but you might want a bigger one for autocrossing), Skunk2 TB and IM.
Do you know if the greddy piping will work with that IC? I cant help you with the tranny cause I dont do any autocrossing. And most importantly you will NEED a bigger aluminum radiator, and upgraded brakes and suspension, but Im sure you already knew that

the vavle train is going to be one of these three companys Skunk2, Omni power, or importbuilder
As for the manifold, i have found that it would be less expensive for me to buy the so called cheapie manifold and reinforce the weak areas(my friends and i are welders and we are making a whole rear bar set) than for me and my time to make one from scratch.
Agian madification to the gready piping to work with that IC will not be a problem
as for the rest of my car i have upgraded breaks and will be adding front and rear sway bars and full array of stiffing parts. my chasis is just about to be completed for racing for next year have one autocross left for testing.
As for the internals of my motor when my rebuild needs to be done the comprestion is going to be bumped up to about 11.5or12 to one with a similer boostage.
As for the tranny autocrossing is done mostly in 1st and 2nd gear and sometimes 3rd (coarse dependant). But i would like to retain some gas milage on the highway

Dont use the ss autochrome unless you want to be purchasing a new turbo/wg sometime very soon after you start driving it. That **** will break, no matter how much you brace it. You're better off just getting a ss log mani, it will spool fine and make plenty of power for what you want to do. Or just get one of those diy log mani kits. At least put some pistons and rods in the block. And just stick to the gsr tranny, it's been proven time and time again. GL.
