Default need everyones advice.

So today I go to start it up waiting for it warm up and it starts smoking. Ive notice this before but today it idled normal then dropped then idle normal again. Its done this like 4 times here and there. While im driving ive been told that it shoots out puffs of smoke.

-the smoke is greyish white-hard to describe smell
-the tail pipe looks glittery mixed with the sut?
-ive gotten it dyno'd tuned fuel problem was fixed
- water level is normal doest heat up(according to stock gauge)
-had the oil changed recently, wasnt told of anything weird in the oil
-the car sat there for about 3days

what do u guys think is the problem? any questions pls ask. thx

white smoke is indication of blown headgasket. Drain your oil and see if there are specs of metal in there.

i pulled the plugs and the metal tab had a greenish tint(anyone else ever seen this). On all plugs.
i also notice grey specs on the tab, but i think its from the anti seize, i could be wrong. constant denial.
