Just looking to get a custom manifold for a dsm turbo i got to slap on my D16z6.

Anyone know where to start looking? Something like this

 

Contact some local shops. I had a mine custom fabricated from 1/4'' thick stainless, but it was expensive.

if i was going to shove out the cash for a tubular manifold, even a log, id get something t3 flanged and ditch the dsm turbo.

what dsm turbo you planning to use im hoping its an evo8 or 9 turbo and not something like a 14b cause i think a 14b would be about useless on any honda

an evo 8 or 9 turbo on the other hand is bad *** you can buy a used one and its about the same as a gt28rs except its good for a little more power but it spools about the same since its twinscroll

there's probably a million shops on here that can make you a mani like that. check the marketplace and such.

Unless you're looking for power, which I doubt with a DSM turbo'd D16, just stick to the tried & true combo of a CX/STD manifold ($25-50) and an adapter plate ($0-50). Simple as pie.

If you want to be a baller with a Tial WG, do what I did. Machine the top of the O2 hole flat, cut a 38mm hole, and tap 2 more holes for the bolts. You can also have a flange welded on (for turbo and/or wg), but thats too much work given a crack could develop.

 

you can always run a hf mani with an adapter. It will cost you far less then $100.
