you can not think in terms of psi rather hp for injectors and 550cc are a good size for 350-400hp, 440 are good 300-325hp (with normal FP)

You can use 440cc on the stock ecu but it is not a great solution

So, after much searching on this site, I still can't find out what I'll need to run 550's w/ a RevhardII kit, in terms of fuel pump or electronics?

Forgive my ignorance, but where do you find resistor packs? And are aftermarket pumps neccessary for hondata?? I've been reading that it uses the stock system.

with 550cc you could make the HP beyond what the stock Fuel Pump can give you. But the walbro's are cheap they can be had on the net for ~~$120

Cool, thanks for yourresponse, I know I"m prob annoying becuase I'm sure this stuff has been gone over 1000 times but I couldnt' find anything in the seach function. What is the resistor pack and where can I find more information on this equipment? I'd be glad to read up on this stuff so I understand what's going on instead of just asking people to build my setup for me, I just need to know how you guys learned all this stuff and how I can go about doint it!!

Is the resistor pack the resistor assy mentioned on hondaautomotiveparts.com? And I'm really ignorant about this topic so how are they exectly hooked up. Are there any other harnesses necessary? Where does the resistor assy plug in/out?

The 550cc clearance will end when we run out of injectors. All the injectors we sell are designed by RC for Hondas and are direct fit. If you need 440s they will also be $295.00 shipped. I'll see what I can do with 720s first thing Monday. I have to get out of here now so we can make our flight to Houston. Check back on Monday!

the "fuel injector resistor box (assembly)" can be found on 89-91 civic/crx's, 90-91 ? integras, 91-95 prelude/accords? i'm pretty sure thats right. i ordered mine from a junkyard, they even gave it to me for free

it should be a silver, amplifier looking box on the engine bay, drivers side, close to the windshield.

We dyno'd 420 whp RC 550's (1.8 gsr) at 85 % duty cycle using a dfi. No problems!

18 lbs boost. Would have boosted more but the waste gate had the wrong spring in it. Got a new one on order from HKS.
