it looks like the afc can show manifold pressure... so this basically means that i dont need a boost gauge?

 

i don't think the afc is very accurate when displaying boost... mine doesn't match up to my greddy guage

 

so when you have the afc hack your car still shows positive manifold pressure but is still fine. because it lowers the volts

 

You can use the AFC pressure output as a secondary boost display, but it's a good idea to have a dedicated boost gauge.

 

okay thanks for the info.. i'm not sure if i'm gona get a boost gauge then. as long as the afc gives a general idea of boost so i can see if i'm creeping/spiking then i should be fine... but i might get a gauge anyways.
