Default need advice on safe turbo setup

I have a crx zc and im going to put a Greddy turbo kit on it after it broken in. right now im getting my engine rebuilt with je piston(9.5.1) Crower rods, arp headstuds, mild port and polish, Im sort of a newbie when it comes turbo,s, im slowly learning through this board, What kind of things do i need to add on and do to make a very safe turbo setup, I know im going to get a intercooler, i guess i need a blowoff valve(i dont think the greddy kit includes one) which blowoff valve should i get(loud and cool sounding) also what feul management should i get. should i get hondata, Zdyne, What about J&E safeguard, do i need J&E if i get one of the other two,(hondata,Zdyne) I want to do this as safely as possible as it going to be my daily drive, i dont think i,ll be boosting more then 6-8psi, also what kind of extra maintainance am i looking at., having a turbo on my daily drive car, i was thinking JRSC for reliablity and less maintanence but have decided to go turbo,Any help would be appreciated.

Default Re: need advice on safe turbo setup (crxnug)

please do a search, look up each ECu (i.e.) hondata, zdyne an etc as the key word hen see what everyone says about it...

also, look up BOV or blow off valve for a keyword, there will be some link for sound clips...

I am personally tired of looking repetitive threads, I am sure many of us agree on this....

BTW: look thru second and third pages, I bet you there will be similar topics regarding the standalone threads as well as BOV threads...
