My buddys and i had an idea to put this wet kit on my friends car. We got it wired and go out for a test pass. He hits the juice in second and nothing really happens, shifts into third and about five or so pops, it breaks apart. egts right before that dropped to 9 and as soon as he left off the button it jumped up to about 11. yes that means rich. but we pulled the plugs right after and they were white. the plugs are old and he has an safc to tune.
we are goign to replace the plugs with some 2 degree colder ones and see what happens. How much fuel should we pull out to try to keep it from breaking apart. its an ls/vtec setup.
