well i think you nee to check a lot of things, like the jets for one. make sure they are the right jets, also the bottle is filled and at proper psi, 900-1050 i think. fuel pressure is not lacking, ie fuel pump.

i used to run a big shot and those were the things to look for, there is a FPR that comes with nitrous kits i forget what it is called but it will only allow nitrous and fuel to be flowed up to a certain point where there will not be enough fuel to go any farther. fuel pressure sensor. if it only senses enough fuel for a 75 shot it will cut nitrous and fuel to that point. there shouldnt be any overlap with everything set at stock because thats how the kits are designed to run in the first place.

Are you sure that you aren't riping your clutch up? A straight 225 shot will tear most clutches right up. Also I was under the impression that the NOS plate kit wouldn't flow a anything higher than a 150 shot. Finally check the seals on your nitrous noid. My guess is that you have a nice nipple right in the middle of it. That little nipple will block off plenty of nitrous. You can go ahead and buy a $40 solenoid rebuild kit, but it will just go bad again. If you find that the seal is the problem call NOS and ask for a cadnium seal to be sent to you. Either that or upgrade your noids to cheaters. They come with Teflon seals right out of the box.

The gap could be to much and the ignition system is tring to throw the sprark but it cant due to the higher cylinder pressure.

I'd still check those teflon seals. Usually the fuel noid seals are fine because of the relatively low fuel pressure and the nitrous noid seals die because they have 1000 psi sitting on them.

Yes the noids and psi sitting on them dont get along at times.
