Spencer (BoredNStroked) is setting up his new LSVTEC motor for ~200-300 progressive and we built it just as any other high boost FI motor... I would recommend sleeving it, but at the bare minimum swap out the pistons for some forged slugs, and some aftermarket rods... Headwork, that's sort of up to you... Spencer is running a stock head but if you got the money Portflow is nice
Stock sleeves should handle 150 just fine but you will want forged pieces... I would just sleeve it but what block are you working with anyway? Just my $0.02

As you know nitrous creates a lot of heat so aftermarket valves would be good too... If you sent a head out to Portflow and had it fully done (just as a turbo of full blown NA) that's all you need... It's the bottom end I would really worry about...
