Ok so look heres the idea. Im doing a all motor lsvtec but im htinking about a bottle for a little extra juice here and there if needed. Teh setup is desent cr

ITR pistons
arp headstuds/rodbolts
shotpeened rods
itr water and oil pump
toda timing belt (paid 30 bucks for it )

But how big of shot could i put down safely and whats the best kit? Ive played with turbo and sc but enver had any experience in nitrous. Ive got uberdata on a p28 so i can get a nitrous tune if need be and not sure if i should upgrade injecotrs or not But the most help would be appreciated i just went through numerous pages of searched/archived info. Just nothing that really pertained to my setup thanks guys.
