Why don't you go with a Rev Hard 2C kit from http://www.afterhourzracing.com?

You can get it for $2,775 shipped.

You can upgrade almost all kits. Depending on what your looking for. With any kit you can run safe as long as it's tuned.
Hondata is Great!!

Get the InlinePro Manifold or RevHard manifold......the intercooler piping kit you can replace with some u bends and j bends from jcwhitney and just make a day out of it...you have to get the couplings and clamps....and save yourself $300.......hondata is great...but expensive if its OBD2....regarding the BOV get a hold of the June issue of Sport Compact Car....they have great articles regarding BOV's and you can decide form that.....If your HP goals are not out of this world you can get the 1G DSM BOV and save yourself $100.....but good luck
