My thoughts on the Vafc hack....(long)
I'm not posting like i actually know what i'm doing..but well...heres my thoughts on how it works and functions...
Got the car done (do a search on my name..) and i'm starting with the hack. Got my cleaned dsm 450's in, and fired the car up. First off, clicked on the wide band. i calculated that the 450's are 25% larger then my stock injectors (345's...) So i went -15% across the board. I tuned the low end, which was very easy, but my transition into boost sucked, and it would throw a CEL everytime. So i changed my throttle settings, and slowly started to lean out. Car feels better and better. Now, at this point in time, The car runs amazing. You can only feel the boost transition because it throws you back. Why am i having such a good experience? I thought the hack was supposed to suck? I guess i can say i'm very happy with it...untill i get my P28 socketed and chipped, then i may go hondata...we'll see...
Edit: Forgot to add, my settings are wayy leaner then what i started at, after wide band tuning, i'm around negative 35 everywhere.....so no more cels, the car idles great, and drives like stock....

...It seems like you can't run mush boost with that little trimmed out. I would've gone with 550's (atleast) on your car...

750s would be good and take you to about -50 which will allow u to run a lot more boost.
So when you build it in the future u won't have to worry about your injectors as 750s will go a long way..
