Re: (DroppedGSR)
I test fitted the whole system saturday, I have plenty of clearance between the A/C condenser and the wastegate. the dump tube is perfect and i have plenty of clearance to run my intercooler piping.
That 44mm wastegate is HUGE....

Same here (44mm). What spring comes standard with the 44mm, or do you ask for a specific spring?

Re: (rondigs)
I was orginaly going to go with a 38mm tial, but after talking with my tuner, he told me about a customer of his who had the fullrace setup with the 38mm wastegate and he was getting boost creep really bad, the 38mm just wasnt flowing enough, he also had an SC61, so im hoping that the 44mm will help me avoid that problem..

Re: (EX R8ED)
BTW, you're going to get great performance out of that 44mm gate. I'm running one on my car, and i've tried out the uber low pressure .25 bar spring and it's done a marvelous job of keeping boost rock steady. No issues with creep at all, it's a great gate and it really is a bargain for the price.

Re: (MwGSR)
this might be a dumass question, but how do those V-bands work? anybody got a nice informative link?
good looking setup btw. makes me with my car had a crossflow head, i could probably get something nice like that.

sick!!!!!!!!!!!
i was under the impression the smaller wastegates were better for higher boost motors correct??? since they dont have to move as much air out.....
for around 400whp what type of wastegate would be the best?
