yes sir i went with higher compression this time to get more power at less psi and vtec too hoping for 500hp this time i gotta buy another clutch my stage 4 has chunks missing lol
ya i should have gone with higher compression.
I have an ls-vtec, but my b16 head is completely stock. looking for ITR cams right now.
Really, your stg 4 isn't holding up to that power level???! I just purchased a Comp Clutch stg 4
should i be worried? DANG IT

500WHP on stock sleeves is scary! haha can definately be done tho. My goal WAS 500whp but then I decided to turn this car into my DD so I will keep the boost moderate at around 20psi
if i may ask, what size turbo you running? I have a borg warner turbo off a diesel truck that i got for free. did some research and found it maxes out at 400ish whp. I'm most likely going to run a holeset hx30 or hx35. pretty cheap and they make good power. Just a little laggy.....

k i got to the dyno today the car made a little over 400hp but had boost creep up and down my turner says the head is flowing to much and not enough is coming out meaning get another 38mm wastegate and have twin 38mm will take care of the problem im editing a video now to post it look at the power band up and down my tuner says its boost creep not sure what pounds its on because of the creep i think timing is at 14 he says there lots of room left so i gotta get some stuff to get my 500hp the car is drivable i went to the track today but there were closed because of weather i did a couple pulls on the street oh man she pulls nice
