Default My d16t

hey guys, just got this car from trading a bagged mini truck I had.
I dont know much about it and thats the main reason Im on here.
Ive been reading alot of post's about fuel management and other things tring to figure out the quirks in it.
also this is my first honda (besides my VTR1000 superhawk I had)

heres what I know so far:
d16z6
cast manifold
xs power wastegate (no idea how big)
some jenky ebay turbo says A/R .50 on the side
xs power intercooler
dsm 450c injectors with resistor box (and electrical tape wiring job)
running open down pipe with o2 sensor
"facetuned" ecu -was told by previous owner it was tuned on chrome
dont laugh at the wheels, I paid 50 bucks for them with brand new tires, the wheels on the car were miss matched and one was had a studded tire
I have a gallon of PPG super white that will be going on it once I get the body perfect
but most importantly I want to get it running safe and healthy

It as a stock fuel pump and seems to weiner out at about 6k rpms so I ordered a 255 today.

the main issue Im having now is boost creep. it is supposed to be set at 8 lbs, but Ive had the gauge read out as much as 20 pounds.
also the idel sucks, i was reading about drilling a releif hole in the fpr to make it idel lower. any imput?
I will be getting it tuned as soon as I get the fuel pump
the timing is retarded alot, and Im not sure why
also has an AEM adjustable cam gear on it, would it be worth having that adjusted in the tune? or just a waste for a turbo car

I will post alot more pictures but photobucket is being gay.

the car

heres one of my 2007 gsxr 1000
