Default My Boosted Integra

ok so 3 years in the making and i finally got it done....lol
it shouldnt have taken near this long but i got lazy....

well just finished my boost teg today but tuning is next week(June 2nd)

<U>OLD SET-UP</U>
Stock Block and Stock head
Turbonetics t3/t04e something trim KNOCKOFF(so mad )
SSAC Manifold and Wastegate.....
TurboXS RFL Type-H BOV
550cc RC Injectors
JRC Backdoor Style Intercooler
ARP Head Studs
Crome EMS(only partial throttle no boost)
Tuner Toys Oil Line kit
Turbosmart MBC
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
2 Sprite Bottles as my catch cans....
custom 3" downpipe and 2.5" intercooler piping...
Defi D-gauge Boost and Oil Pressure Gauges
Bezel Gauge Cluster
p75 ECU











Ok so after that crap wouldnt boost or do anything i HAD to do something about it.....so........

Well thats the pix i have for now.....
I just made the new DP today and didnt get to take any pix even though its really ugly....since i made it lol
And the valve cover and charge pipes were spray painted

TUNING ON JUNE 2ND WOOT!!!!!!!

Cant wait to hit that 10psi......

Im not really sure what kinda power to get nor do i care as long as i have a boost teg!!! i do plan later on doing internals and head work but for now this is all i can afford.

nice to see it done be. I wish you luck with the tune. I have been tuned for almost three weeks now and have not got to drive it. (stupid pressure in the radiator )maybe you will have better luck then me.

you should buy a vtec head for that ya know....... i got a 98 p72 cast gsr complete head with dizzy and intake mani all for sale if you want to bump it up a little in the top end ha.... lemme know if your interested........

ok so after all this work its finally kinda done lol

Only real problems was my hondata s200 was too old a version but fixed with some help and s100

Also had to tear out the thermostat after running the car for about 1.5hrs after all the tuning was done.




230.4whp
225.0wtq

all done on a dyno pack....so the numbers are about 5-10% lower

Thanks so much to everyone that helped me
And for Morgan from Synapse Motorsports being such a great damn tuner and a nice guy

the most we got outta of it was about 10.5psi because im running the stock map sensor.....

tuning cost was 400$ for hondata.

morgan @ synapse motorsports def knows what hes doin....
