Any one know where to get a black "mushroom intake"

yea its a pretty lame topic but I cant find one at all. I saw someone who had one on here a while ago but i couldnt find it.

 

foam doesnt filter

 

i stongly sugest not buying that type of "filter"

just get a k&n.

 

do they make a small filter that is not foam?

 

yeah, k&n make all sorts of shapes/sizes of filters

The foam junk my kit came with choked my turbo so bad the BOV didnt even make hardly any noise.

i didnt wanna start a new thread so ill just ask my question on this thread. i got my k&n today and i was wondering do they come with oil on them already cause they didnt send me some in the kit? like the breather filter came with a little pouch of oil but the air filter didnt? anyone know? thanks guys

 

Ive been using an HKS mushroom for 5 years. I wash the dirt off with water and soap every couple months and replace the fitler element every couple years.

It hasnt failed me yet. HKS mushroom

obviously since they didnt supply the oil with the air filter then its probably already oiled, huh?

 

so no one uses k&n filters?
