msd6a + coil

I need to upgrade the ignition system.

what would be the best choice msd6a + wich msd coil ???

also if you got some wiring info i'tt would be appreciate.

i would like to know what ignition every body is using. I have the dig. 6 and its fried on me two times now so besides msd what is every body running. i was thinking of going to crane or accel.
