MSD rpm swithc or what is it .. It will not work without though. If it jsut shift light or something like that then that acceosory will be affected

The pills are just resistors in a fancy package. Nothing more. I think 8000rpm is around 3k ohm (but I could be totally wrong as that's just what I recall).
Just try to hook something up and see what happens. More resistance should be lower rev limit.

Very good man! I did something similar to that. I just found a little connector that I hacked up that would plug into there and ran a couple wires to a POT on the cabin. I was also going to hook it up in series with another resistor through the clutch switch (to lower the rev limit when it's in) for full-throttle shifting and launch control...BUT, I just took out my 6btm. SO, if someone is in the market for one, hit me up! It's in perfect working order, but scuffed up
