MSD BTM to use or not to use?

MSD BTM to use or not to use?
I was wondering what your guys thoughts would be on running the MSD BTM, if you were running 4-7lbs of boost on a 8:8:1 F22B2 motor, Turbonetics T3/T4 Ceramic Ball Bearing? I heard on higher boost, it would be helpfull.
If I do use it, should I set it at .5 deg, with 17deg of timing? The timing before was at 15 deg, but advanced 2 deg, should i go back to 15?
I am getting it with a kit today.
