MSD 6BTM retarding timing with boost

MSD 6BTM retarding timing with boost
Can someone tell me exactly how to set the starting psi of the boost retard, do not understand how to. From what I am seeing the **** only allows you to set the rate of retard per pound of boost, does not allow you to set the what psi you want the retard to begin .
