any1 get these to work like the MPX4250AP 2.5 bar

MPX4250GP = Gauge pressure, hence the "GP" suffix.
MPX4250AP = Absolute pressure, hence the "AP" suffix.

It will never work, because it will only tell you what the pressure differential from the atmosphere is. You need to know what it is in reference to a perfect vacuum. Google the words "gauge absolute differential pressure" together if you want more info.
