Default mount inserts energy or prothane?

mount inserts for a ls integra prothane or energy is one harder than the other?
which is better?


mount insert users what are your thoughts after the insert installs?

ask about people's experiences with motor mount inserts. i think at least half said it didnt do much for them or it didnt work out. but considering they are only $40.. not too much of a loss.

you can buy the Energy suspension inserts or just fill your stock mounts with 3M window weld takes awhile to dry but the **** is rock hard
