Default Motec M4 orM48 to run 8 injectors ?

I spoke with Javier from Jg today and asked Him if I should run the Motec M4 or M48 and He told me to run the M4 . I also specifically asked Him if they can support eight injectors and He said "yes." He told me to run 1600cc on all eight injectors which surprised me cause He told me that I was only gonna use about 50 to 60 % duty cycles on the injectors ( I was originally gonna run 1400cc for the primaries and 1100cc for the secondaries ) . Now I highly respect His Opinion As I have followed His work from day one and think he is one of the top tunners hands down in the industry . I would just like a little feedback from you guys as I have read on the motec site that the M4 only drives 4 injectors . So any help would be appreciated , and pics of the completed project car will be up soon .-Pdang

You can run 8 injectors with the M4. You coud run 2 groups of 4 or 3 groups of 3, anyway you want, but it just has to be sequential. The M48 is just easier to handle but the M4 is possible to handle 8 injectors.

why are you running so much fuel. You just need one set of 1600cc -1800cc shuold be plenty for the methanol setup you are going to run around 60-70% duty cycle. What methanol needs is almost double of what gas is there. so i dont see most pepiple needing that much injector

the way i calculated it is the 1600cc is good to around 580hp hp and the 1800cc will be good for another 100hp so i figure if you plan on hitting 680hp the 1800cc on methanol will be easier to tuen a single setof injectors than staged system
