i am taking my car to the dyno this friday and am still not sure how much boost i want to be running. I am an 18 year old kid who will be daily driving my Boosted Em1 to school and work. Right now the set-up is as follows

Cometic headgasket
AEBS headstuds
GSR CAMS
ITR TB
ITR IM
STR camgears

drag gen 3 turbo kit with tial 38mm and type s BOV
VAFC2 hack

what should i get my map set for? the guy at turbotrix told me i should be good upto 12psi but i was looking closer to the 7psi mark. what should i do?

 

you could 15psi but you're gonna need somethin better than the hack, if you're gonna do less than 10 then theres no need for the head gasket and the studs.

 

just use the HG and studs anyway......and get uberdata

300-320whp should be fine with a conservative tune.

 

i am thinkin 8 or 9lbs but still not sure would i be good for dailyu driving at that much boost
