why does a AFC help with boost? also why run FMU and AFC together?
I see people that throw out their FMUs after they get their VAFCs. and I see people run an FMU and a VAFC. Well my first question is how does the air fuel controller help with fuel management? I am about to install my VAFC2 I just bought. I didnt really see anything in the manual about fuel injector settings or anything. And are you supposed to run an fmu with these also? what if you dont? could an FMU and VAFC be hard on your gas milage?
thanks for any help.

Jeez, about 1million and 1 Qs. If you do a search on AFC Hack you will find more than 1million answers....
FYI you don't run both FMU and the AFC is you are doing the AFC hack. All you need are 440cc =< and the AFC. You would either run one or the other. The AFC 'adjusts' (modifies) the fuel trim that your ECU throws out. It is not meant as an ECU replacement if thats what you mean.
