Default Most important sensors to log???

I want your opinion on what you think are the most important sensors to log.

I have a Z-Dyne and there are no logging capibilitys in it so I was thinking about getting the PLX M500 and use that to log various sensors ie..wideband, RPM. The PLX has 4 anolog inputs for 0-5V and 2 speed inputs that are pulsed inputs.

Thanks,
Aron
