Default modified to fit?

I was checking out some manifolds and I came across a guy with a greddy manifold and he says that it has been modified to accept and t3. First off what would need to be done to get a t3 to fit onto what I assume would be a t25 flanged turbo outlet? Does the pic below looks like it has been modified to take a t3? thanks in advance

You would have to cut the T25 off and weld the T3 flange on. Looks like a T3 flange to me.

That dosnt look like a flange that has been welded on...but its sorta hard to tell from the pic. It looks like they welded the bolt holes on the flange and re-drilled them to work with a t3. Not a bad idea...if thats what they really did
