Yeah. Looks like it used to be a 5-bolt, but they welded on a vband flange.

Measure the size of it and find the appropriate matching V-band flange and clamp.

the reason I said damn was because I already had a revhard manifold adapter.

I measured it and its 3.5 from side to side and its 3.0 from the actual hole.

Im guessing I need a clamp and a flange. Where could I get them from. Is this a positive or a negative?

vband is the way to go.. Definatly. You dont have to tighten stupid as bolts that might break.. Just tighten the clamp down and go.
