What turbo is this from? This almost looks like a T28 flange for GT28R.. I could be mistaken though.

You sure? that looks exactly like the one I had to buy. i got mine from a saab turbo car. I know the older dodge turbos had flanges that looked like standard t3's but were in fact different.

are you having the problem where a standard 5 bolt is too small for the turbo?
http://www.kteller.com is getting a couple of the larger styles...

That's an inlet flange variation. The outlet "five bolt" flange is the Saab/Ford/aftermarket pattern, like all T3.

There is a weird 5 bolt exhaust flange, i think it's from Mercedes... Hotrex had to deal with this.

No, it's not. I have exhaust flanges from both a true t3 from a Ford and a Saab and an old school dodge and the dodge is different.

I had the same problem like you looking for that exact flange so I gave up and decided to get a 3/8" thick slap of metal and had a tile cutting place cut it for me, then I saw this thread and saw that Speed-Factor can make these flanges. I believe he sold some to a couple of members here.
Here's the thread.

Here's a picture with the oddball style t3 flange with measurements from hole to hole.

While you're on HMT, PM user HotRex, because he had this same problem.
