Any one tried one of these? do they work or are they rubbish.

they are 100% better then stock and about 1000% worse then quaife

Definatly NOT worth the money in my opinion.
Your already at half the price of a type r LSD, or even one of those obx ones.

I was looking at the type r diffs but didnt know if they would fit straight into a B16 box or not

i've heard of a few guys locally using with decent results...I won't say any names but they do post on here, so i'll see if they step up...

your diff has gears, with the phantom grip style "lsd" your taking metal plates and wedging it between the gears to limit the movment....does that sound like a good idea?

took the word out of my mouth, on ebay u can find a itr las for 250 plus shipping, i would rather have that than that piece of metal for 225

"Random Slip" Unfortunately, its only as strong as your differential, and if you have a B16 tranny, its not very strong at all. Best bet would be like above, ITR diff or OBX, and if you want piece of mind, Quaife.
