I thought California REF dept was suspended?
I got one the other night at about 9pm, driving my daughter around so she can fall asleep, she was CRANKY AS HELL....then this SUPER PIG wth a cape on, desides to roll on me, FIRST he said my JDM DC2 yellow lights were illegal (OMFG) i asked then why do they make fog lights? HA!....then he wrote me for no licence plate in the front, and modded exhaust.....

Question.....anyone have a hook to help me with my fix it ticket>? east bay california.....

i dont have stock exhaust to replace with .....

If you come to fresno you can you my whole stock header and catback to go get it checked off really fast at the police station.

the REF is back and has been back for a few weeks now. What you need to do is find a ref station where they can test the sound of your car, if its under 95dB they give you some paperwork you take with you to court and its all dismissed, YOU PAY NOTHING!

95dB is VERY loud, most cars are actually below it, i rang in at 94.7 but the a-hole who tested my car right up against a wall the sound was bouncing right back i still passed though
