Default Misfiring problem.

The past few times I have driven my car to the events it would misfire every once in a while around 3-4000 rpms. It would not back fire just the tach would hope a little bit. But Sunday when I drove the car home and would get off the gas it would be back firing like crazy and when I would get on it, it would back fire every once in a while. It has been pretty dam hot out lately and it seems like this is happening after I drive the car for a long time and the outside temp is hot/humid.

My a/f looks fine, I pulled the plugs last night and opened the gap up to .30 from .28 took it for a short drive and it seemed fine. It was a lot colder out last night and also I just started the car up and drove it.

So my question is can the ICM be starting to go bad? Or does it either work or not work? I know coils usually break down under load and heat but what about the ICM? On my old civic when the ICM went bad it just went and the car would not start. So I am thinking maybe a part in the msd setup is starting to go. For my IGN setup I have MSD SCI and Blaster Coil, running NGK 7 plugs.

Any suggestions???

Ive had random misfires for the following reasons:

Running race gas

Over Heating

haveing MSD on my car.

My car runs best on 93 (what i tuned on) on stock ignition. MSD always had problems and running any race gas would make my car studder under boost very badly.

I run .025 gap on NGK 7's
