Default misfires - too rich?

hey, i'll be driving and no matter how much boost i'm pushing (sometimes happens in LOW LOW rpms in vacuum) my car will kind of hiccup, and then be fine. if i'm doing a 4th gear pull it will do it like 4 times (each at different rpms). i'm thinking it could be the spark plugs fouled with fuel from before it was tuned (i haven't gotten new 2step colder plugs yet) or could it be random spikes in fuel, or possibly my ignitor in my distributor going bad (had that happen before and it kind of did the same thing)

Default Re: (93turbo16)

sweet i got the 2 step colder plugs and it runs great now. starts right up too... no waiting and cranking for a couple seconds anymore! only problem is the block now seems to be making some sort of DREADED KNOCKING. i thought it was the head at first, and it was, but not entirely. the head sounded like a rod knock if you were in vtec, so i switched heads a few hours ago and the head noises went away but since the head noise is gone the rod knock is more noticable. ****.
