Default misfire problem

this is where i currently stand on my car problem... ARGHH!

my car is misfiring pretty bad... causing the car to bog and stutter while driving. after start-up, my car runs fine... but after a few minutes of warming up, it will bog during idle.

current diagnosis:
-replaced spark plugs
-replaced rotor
-replaced cap and internal coil
-replaced spark plug wires
-tested map sensor
-tested distributor
-tested fmu
-tested missing link
-checked for spark
-inspected timing

the only few things i have left to do is to check the o2 sensor and install my fuel pressure guage. after i check to see if its a fuel problem or not, im goin to swap out o2 sensors with my cousin. if all else fails, im taking it to the shop for diagnostics.

any suggestions or ideas on what else i could check out? i cant figure out what the problem is. i could have a blown headgasket, bent valves, or possibly something damaged internally. its startin to **** me off... wasting money on rental cars.

-bcpr7es11 gapped at .40 (i forgot what i used to gap it at when i went MSD)

-no codes. just stuttering and bogging after warm-up and driving.

-i will be trying out the o2 sensor tomorrow and checking fuel pressure tomorrow... possibly compression if i can get a hold of a compression tester.
