mini me turbo crx issues
OK so I purchased this crx about a year ago now I been buying everything brand new . first thing I did was a head gasket and turbo manifold got it all sealed up and the oil still has frothy white stuff mixed in it . guessing the heads cracked what are my other options cracked sleeve? Idk I'm thinking a whole new motor or just a new head let's get some input . BTW not new to Honda tech just was gone for a couple years and I'm right back at it .... Old user name was crx90rcr back in approximately 2006

Re: mini me turbo crx issues
Budget was low at the time just head gasket and hand cleaned both surfaces.... Also rear main seal is spraying oil and coolent is not doing anything like splashing or popping or bubbling when cap is removed with car running I've fully rebuilt motors numerous times ... The more I think about it I think I should start with a new head idk... Do people typically get block resurfaced or do those not warp as often

I think you should take the head off and i speck the block and head for cracks rather than guessing at it.
It sounds like you are almost ready to just buy a head and go at it blindly. All that work and maybe you have a cracked sleeve.
Did you compression check?
Leak down test?

Compression check and leakdown were both rite up to par. And I obviously visually inspected everything I'm not retarded lol . my moms bf is a mechanic at a dealership and he thinks its the head as well he recommends sending it out to get remachined and pressure tested but I'm thinking b4 I send this one out I should buy a lower mileage head that's never been abused on a untuned turbo setup that was supposedly overheating
