i'm in iowa, thus sharing in your dilemma........from what i gather, kansas city, st. louis, and chicago all have dyno shops........but that's all i've heard. you'd think with all the mullets around there'd be a few more dynos where they could all brag about having more power than a honda. oh well.

Try APG Performance in Wood Dale. apgperformance.com

They are a great family to work with - very knowledgeable and honest. They helped me rebuild my car after it blew up, hooked my friends up with a great deals and they they are great tuners.

Tell them that Dave sent you and they will either give you a big discount or funny looks (as I am not too important ). LOL. Or just say, "That guy that had the automatic integra with the turbo that blew up and he came crying to you."

They are fair in pricing and have great customer service. They have their own dyno.

Good luck,
Dave

I wouldnt talk so loudly of APG i have heard many horror stories from there stolen cars, wrong parts etc. Im not saying it happens to everyone but thats just my opinion. If your coming from far out i wouldnt recommend apg as a tuner.

OHHH now lets not talk about APG that way. I have had a great experience with APG. They have great customer service and they are very reasonable to work with.

APG isn't the one that steals parts, I believe that is Garage Kwai. They rip you off like a mother. I got ripped off by them plently.

I don't recommend bad garages to anyone and APG has been good to me and my friend who got his cams, cam gears and SAFC from them with tuning for a great price. Give APG a call - I'm sure you will be pleased.

The bottom line is that they have great customer service.

Dave

I wouldnt let APG touch my car if I were you. They dont know what the hell they're doing there. My friend spent a pretty good chunk of money there and they put his motor back together wrong and he messed up his crank really bad. I have another friend who bought a car from one of the guys, who said he could take it there if there were ever any problems with it, well lets just say the first time he brought it back for something minor he was told to "**** off, it's not my problem anymore". I have no idea why so many people would go there, even though most are young stupid kids like I once was. I would highly recommend going to Garage Kwai if you want anything done to your honda, Benson and Pinyo are both really nice and know thier ****.

A three month waiting list for what?
AMS(www.automotosports.com) has a dyno and good rates for use on the dyno, and if your looking for a good tuner benson from garge kwai does a really good job. Or GRD in naperville il has a dyno but you would probly have to tune it yourself there. Me personally I goto GRD in naperville and me and my buddy tune our cars. But there are some of my suggestions.
