There is a place in Harrisburg called Kauffmans Motorsport they dyno there.
http://www.kauffmanmotorsports.com. Maybe a 2 hour drive, but they do decent work on the dyno.

Kauffmans would be your best bet.... price isnt too bad either $100 per hour of tuning w/ a/f. they tuned my car and i havent had any problems.

This guy at podium performance in delaware has a moblie dyno in the back of his truck. If you get enough guys togeather, he will drive the dyno to you. Go to the hondata website and and look up dealers. Podium performance is there. He dyno tuned my D16 and did an excelent job. Plus his power figures from his dyno are honest and not inflated like a dynojet.
