Default MEUTEK or UGR Manifold? How much am I looking at for downpipe, closed dump tube, and exhaust?

I just bought a Garrett T3, 5 bolt discharge, to kick start my boost project. I am curious to know how much am I looking at for downpipe, closed dump tube and exhaust at a local exhaust shop?

I am debating between the Meutek and UGR cast manifold. Both are A/C compatible and have good reviews on this board. I will be using a Tial 38mm WG. Meutek is 150 + 40 for the elbow, UGR is 185 and there is no need for an elbow. Which would you choose?

Have:
Car: B16A2 EJ8
Turbo: T3 60 trim, 5 bolt discharge
ECU: P28 Socketed

Planned to Have:
Manifold: Meutek or UGR
Wastegate: Tial 38mm
Injectors: 440cc DSM blue top
Oil Lines: Stealthmode Performance
Intercooler: eBay (Bar + Plate?)
Charge Pipings: eBay
BOV: Undecided between HKS, Tial, Greddy...

Right now my concern is price of custom exhaust/etc...

I am in ON, Canada... so resources are scarce

IMO You shouldnt be buying parts untill you know all what you want and what its gonna cost, just bad planning.

Both manifold are ok, u can buy part of a down pipe from ebay and take it to an exhaust specialist to finish it off.

Be warned that turbo on a B16 has power limit, I have just order a T3 Super 60 with a .63 ar and i know im will be limited to about 300WHP

I am only looking at 200 whp... we have a race law where speeding 50KM/H over will result in a $2000+ fine and instant seizure of vehicle. So it is extremely unlikely that I will need such high end power. My T3 60 trim comp / .60ar , 67 trim turbine / .48 ar has just arrived.

Great idea on having the exhaust shop modify the eBay downpipe to fit their custom exhaust. This is what I found...

How would they incorporate the closed dump tube?

I really hate to cheap out this low... but... what about the eBay cast manifold with 2.5" downpipe that is both a/c and p/s compatible. I am reading on archived H-T posts and many say it is hard to mess up cast, the only thing to worry about is to debur the edges.

I am running a cast manifold bought off ebay. I just cleaned up the inside and I haven't had a problem with it. Also, I am running 10psi off of a Tial 38mm and Halman MBC and boost holds steady to 8500 RPMS (no creep or spiking).

not entirely true, if you use REALLY cheap metal like revhard or ebay does it will crack, ive seen MANY cast manifolds crack, ive said it a million times i prefer the meutek, the really do use a better iron/nickel mix (you can tell cause theres is gray while others are black) and there manifold has more metal in it than others, ive compared revhard to meutek and meutek is 2lbs heavier because they use so much more material, which is a good thing.
