is there a way to use a MBC to turn down the boost level instead of up? or to adjust a 1g wastegate to do the same because i looked on shop key pro and it didnt say anything about adjusting it, just replacing..

You can only use a boost controller to raise the boost level above whatever your wastegate puts out. Some internal wastegates have an adjustable rod that lets you adjust them to a certain degree, but you aren't going to be able to lower the boost level significantly by doing so. You would either need to swap to a different actuator that opens at a lower boost level, or weld your flapper shut and convert to an external gate.
