maybe a bad FPR...
The car will run fine if it's started cold. Once it warms up a little bit it will totally change. It will all the sudden start misfiring constantly. It's more noticeable under load. The ECU throws misfire codes. Sometimes for more than one cylinder, but usually in cylinder 4.
The fact that it runs okay until it reaches operating temp is what puzzles me. I've checked the ignition. Compression is 200 all the way accross.
Someone suggested that it could be a bad FPR. If so, that would explain why I'm running so rich. The plugs turn pitch black after one use. The guy thought that maybe the diaghpram would start to fail as it warmed up causing excess fuel to be forced into the cylinders. I don't have a fuel pressure gauge (yet) to test this. Does this sound possible??

Yeah, it didn't make sense to me either.
I'm running the hack btw.
The important thing is that it seems to be a fuel related problem. Why else would the misfiring cylinder follow the injector when I move it. You would think that would be due to a bad injector but then why does it work fine when the block is cold? I don't know. Very confusing.
