Max-Rev intercoolers.
Everyone who has been interested in the intercoolers. They all have sheetmetal endtanks. The CNC tanks will not be available for some time due to the NSX supercharger kits, we are producing 200.
The core is 20x8x3 and is extruded core, NOT bar and plate. The extruded cores are far more efficent than the bar and plate style (used by spearco) as they have a smaller pressure drop (p2 vs p1) and the end tanks come in 2.5 or 2.25. We have these intercoolers in stock as well as the manifolds. The intercoolers are very competitively priced and for all honda-tech members the price is 575.

everyone that has said we dont work on NSXs porsches or forreraris, go look up Basch Supercharger kits. We make that entire kit (with the exception of the novi 1000 blower). And i have some pics of the ferrari and porsche stuff we do, too.

thanks for the compliments, im glad you guys like it (youre the hardest honda ppl to please on the face of the planet
)
its the same IC that comes in the kit.

Would someone be nice and explain the diffrence between bar & plate and extruded for me? This one looks like my brothers Greddy Type 24. Are those extruded too?
I see a red X where the extruded core pix is supposed to be....All I know is that it looks just like my old revhard IC....Pretty much the same size core also....Can you please explain the difference between the different style of cores?
I remember talking to Curtis about this exact IC and he said it'll outflow the Apex'i GTR cores...is that true?
YOu guys have anything in a vertical flow?(top to bottom)

The price will be good for a very long time. If you call and decide to order and you get a higher price just say "No, geoff said 575" then they will yell at me and then the price will just be 575.
One thing many people think when they see the Apex'i core is that its really cool... well thats because it looks really cool. It is actually fairly inefficient, but looks AWESOME. The Apex'i GT-R core flows poorly for its size. The Spearcos are the best bar and plate cores out there.
The difference between bar and plate is that the bar and plate style's core flow tubes look like the front of the IC with the zig-zag lines filling it up. The extruded cores have the small ribs where it touches the side (only place where heat transfer occurs) and allows the air to blow freely through. As a result, there is a lower pressure drop, and the same amount of heat is removed.
ill re-FTP that picture.

Now that I get a close up of that i/c...WOW...very nice...I think I may just end up sucking it up and buying a max rev kit for my future car.

Do you know how much less of a pressure drop there is with these compared to the normal type? Also, this may be a weird question, but do you know the pressure drop difference with this compared to say the small Spearco Air/Water Intercooler?
