I have a 99 GSr with a greddy kit, intercooled, still running the blue box. Right now im boosting .68 bar. Not sure exactly what that converts to (psi). Now much boost do you guys think I can safely run on stock internals?? Also, im not hearing any detonation but should I look into retarding my ignition??

your running nearly 10 psi right now....your asking for trouble using greddy's fuel management.

 

then I better learn how to use my apex avc-r soon because I have been boosting .68 bar for a couple months now.

 

I run 10 lbs all day on my D16Z6 but I have Hondata.

 

The greddy keeps boost @ that stock with an IC (Actually a little lower). If you are running the FCU then you should be okay (for a little while). I'd get it tuned with a Hondata in the near future

 

so you think i could run 10 lbs on stock internals on my b18c1 tuned with aem ems avcr ignition and fuel settup

 

I'm not sure but i believe the Greddy FCU does all th ignition as well. I may be wrong. That's what i was told a while back by a greddy dealer.
