Manifold Help
I'm at the beginning stages of putting a turbo kit together for my b18 and I need some help. I have a stock motor other than DC headers and a gsr tranny. I don't want a high powered car, just a nice DD that has some power behind it. I think 180-200hp would be good. Now here are my questions:
Does anyone know about these manifolds? Good/Bad?:
http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/go...-manifold.html
http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/tumaco.html
http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/clloduaddon.html
Should I get an aftermarket head gasket, or a new Honda gasket?
What are some good turbos for low boost (5-8psi)?
What else would I need to do to the motor to run that low boost?
Thanks for all the help in advance.

Re: Manifold Help
Those manifolds are good and the DP recirc is a must for a DD. For that low of power and PSI I would stick with the log manifold and invest the money elsewhere like the tune. OEM head gasket will be best and you really shouldnt need anything major done internally to the engine because your numbers are pretty low but I'll let some experts chime in.

Take whatever your goal is and add 100 whp. lol
Seriously, you'll find it's addictive. As was posted above, you won't need to do anything to that motor just get a good tune. I had a 280-300 whp DD setup (GSR) that lasted 25K miles before I decided I needed more power. All of that was on stock internals.
Good luck.

Re: Manifold Help
Your first option is best
http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/go...-manifold.html
Get the entire kit, and don't try to piece it, as it comes with all of the equipment you need sans fuel pump, tuning management and injectors. Make sure you budget an uprated clutch first and break that in slowly. Good steel is available at a good price to you, so use it. DOn't worry about the cast stuff so much. That's a bit more touch and go.
