Default Manifold

I've finally saved up enough money to start buying parts to turbo my Integra. I am hoping to put down about 220 whp on a daily driver. I just need to make decisions on some parts.

With the modest goal i am shooting for would i be jsut as well off buying a cast iron manifold opposed to an equal length one for a lot more?

Also, what is the difference between a par and plate fmic and a tube and fin?

Sorry if these questions get covered often I don't want to be one of those people.... I've been reading a lot of threads on the FI forum trying to learn but I couldn't find the answer.

Depending on your budget, you could get a nice cast manifold for relatively cheap. A Drag or Rev Hard cast manifold will easily support your goal of 220 hp. As far as intercooler construction, I'd say go with a bar and plate.

I don't know what you're looking to spend, but I have a manifold/dp/dt combo for sale. It's for an integra and will work with ac/ps and fullsize rad if you use slim fans. http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread/1695767
